(ii) To provide for the timely and effective detection, investigation, and prosecution of computer and cybercrime. (iii) To facilitate international co-operation in dealing with computer and computer crime matters. Hon. Speaker, the investigative agencies in our country have faced a number of challenges in dealing with crimes related to the usage of computer systems and technology.
