This requires a counselling session for that person and disclosures before donating. As a person you must disclose the ailments you have and ask if you can donate. So, there must be disclosure on the part of the donor, confidentiality of the results and issues of conditions. This must be in confidence and when you donate and your results are different, the doctor or person there must give you that confidence. view

Kimunya and many who were in this House will agree with me that the Finance Bill used to be debated and approved in September.
