Before any Member puts his or her signature on the Bill… In this legislation, even where there is a grammatical error, the Chair should tell us what it is about. You know we have gone to school. We know English. So, he should tell us what he is correcting and what he is adding. We are not imputing anything on our Legal Directorate. I confirm that we have the best drafters in Parliament. They are better than those in the State Law Office. view
