First, I want to go on record that I have no business in this betting process because my religion does not subscribe to that. The Muslim Community does not believe in betting and lottery. However, Hon. Jakoyo should tell us where his Bill is. The Cabinet Secretary had proposed 50 per cent, but when he appeared before the Committee he suggested 35 per cent in writing.
