30 Mar 2017 in National Assembly:
Hon. Speaker, I rise to seek your indulgence and indeed that of the House and request you to defer the business appearing as Order No.10. As such, I seek your indulgence under Standing Orders ...

29 Mar 2017 in National Assembly:
Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I agree with the Chair that the draft regulations he has just tabled concern the people of Kenya and more so, the Members of Parliament as practitioners. I, therefore, urge that we look at them word for word, comma for comma and then next week, before we go for nominations, we approve them. I want you to ask the Chair of the Committee on Delegated Legislation to deal with this matter of the Central Bank of Kenya. This matter where small-scale traders are suffering, that every time you want to deposit or withdraw Kshs1 million, you ...
