Speaker, I beg to move: THAT, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.49(2)(a), this House resolves to rescind the decision made by the House on Thursday, 9th February, 2017 regarding the Question that “This House do agree with the Report of the Committee of the whole House on the Privatization (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 27 of 2016),” and further pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.136, resolves to agree with the Committee of the whole House on the said Report subject to recommittal of Clause 3 of the Bill. view
