Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker that is why I decided we must deal with the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Bill. If it can distract the Speaker on the Chair, what about when you go out there? I think this is a very good indication that we have to deal with that Bill and bring some amendments. I beg to move that the Privatization (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.27 of 2016) be now read a Third Time.
