The Budget is being prepared under a revised budget calendar that takes into account the preparation for the General Election in 2017. We want to know what we are engaging the Government and the people of Kenya. Even if we are being given Kshs20 billion, it is not important. What we will do is commit future generations. Hon. We had a Kamukunji this morning where we discussed this matter. This matter is in line with the Elections Act that we passed and which was submitted to the House by the Joint Select Committee on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
