The Kenya Vision 2030 is largely pegged on development of infrastructure, which is dependent on, among other things, the availability of land which in certain instances needs to be acquired by the Government for purposes of development projects, creation of easement over land, creation of public right of way or the acquisition of way leaves for infrastructure. The last time the CS came, she said she is going to compile a report. She needs close to a month or more. Part of the information is what I have tabled here. There was a report done by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission on the county governments, the national Government and universities on ethnic composition of staff of the various agencies.
