  • 23 Nov 2016 in National Assembly: diplomas and other academic certificates offered at a university shall be the exclusive mandate of the Commission to be exercised in accordance with this section at the exclusion of any other person or body.” So, I think anybody doing a diploma or a postgraduate diploma in any university is covered. For the guys who are in technical institutions, their law cannot be amended here. view
