• 17 Jun 2015 in Senate: Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 3 of the Bill be amended in subclause (1) by inserting the phrase “natural resources as defined in Article 260 of the Constitution including” immediately after the words of “the exploitation of”. Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, the reason for this is that there is an addition of natural resources to clarify that specific law. There is a direct reference to what the issue is and then at the end put “including” as defined in Article 260 of the Constitution.
