I remember when he raised it when we were at Senate Mashinani, and I think I remember contributing. Therefore, it is a sad state of affairs that, that has not been addressed. I think despite various attempts that have been made at legislation to ensure that this is sorted, nothing much has changed. We know all of the efforts that we made here as a House and also the National Assembly. view

In the Standing Committee on Lands, Environment and Natural Resources, we did not find any single county that did not have natural resources.
