• 8 Nov 2017 in National Assembly: under the governorship of His Excellency Hassan Ali Joho and who is famously known as the ‘Sultan’. Kisauni is known for many good and bad things. I only want to mention the few bad things which are currently happening in Kisauni. It is known for drug abuse. I think in the whole of Kenya today, Kisauni is the leading constituency in terms of drug abuse. • 8 Nov 2017 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for extending my time. Taita Taveta County is one of the richest counties in terms of minerals but it has become a curse to the people. This is as a result of lack of proper policies such as the one we are adopting today. I am 100 per cent convinced that moving forward with this policy if it is implemented to the fullest, we will realise the fruits of our people. With that, I wish to support this Motion. view
