Is he in order to take us back to a matter that was ruled on by the Speaker instead of discussing a very important Bill, that is the Division of Revenue Bill? This is the Bill that is supposed to give his marginalized county money. view

Speaker, Sir, as I appreciate the good attempt by the Leader of the Majority Party to correct what was obviously an unconstitutional behavior from the Government, last time we had to demand physically in this House for those Estimates of Revenue.
