Hon. Speaker, I beg to reply. On behalf of the Departmental Committee on Health because this is a Committee Bill… The Chairperson is away on training. I know that the Deputy Chairman was here yesterday and I met him earlier. He probably is still stuck in the traffic or watching the rally. The essence of the discussion yesterday was very supportive of the blood transfusion service, the creation of the service and creating as a stand-alone unit.
