Kalembe Ndile in this House in the 9th Parliament. He joined the Government as an Assistant Minister along the way. Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Report of the Committee on the exemption. Just to put it on record, in the first instance, as a country, we have already signed up to give these exemptions. So, Parliament is only ratifying what was already agreed as a condition for the grants. The logic is very clear.
