I rise to support the approval by the House of these Regulations and to register my thanks for the Committee in looking at these Regulations. You will note that these Regulations relate to VAT on the digital market place. Members may remember that last year, we created a new taxation regime that now supplies within online shopping, and all that will be taxable. Speaker, I wish to seek your indulgence and that of the House that we step down the First Reading of the Health Laws (Amendment) Bill to allow for some consultations. This is one of the Bills that have ended up in a public participation even before First Reading, and we need to figure out how all that is happening.
