What the Bill had tried to do is to cater for all kinds of situations like people in wedlock, out of wedlock and people who are unmarried and eventually get married. However, what Hon. If it is coming as a new clause, let there be a new clause to establish the CWSK to look at this Order of 2014, see what it was, and see how to capture it. We are repealing that Act. So, it will die when we repeal the Act of 2003.
