I know you have done a lot. That is relative. Be that as it may, as Parliament, we have gone through this before. The Committee on implementation of the Constitution has gone through all the laws that we were supposed to pass. The only law that is outstanding is the law to actualise Article 100, which this House passed in March. So, as far as I am concerned, there was nothing that was anticipated in Article 261(7) that this House has not done. However, that is something the Chief Justice obviously ignored. I thank the Member for raising the issue of tenses in terms of “entitle” and “entitled”. Usually, those are some of those that are picked up anyway at the point of doing the very final copy because they may not come out here. In terms of the second issue of whether you can have seven days or a shorter period, we are talking here of seven days of when we are expecting a baby to be born. What happens if the child is born earlier than within those seven days? I think that amendment caters for that kind of situation.
