• 2 Jul 2020 in National Assembly: The House recalls that Hon. Aden Duale used to sit in the House Business Committee as the leader of the Government business. I was also a Member of the HBC. With the changes that took place, we have a vacancy. The HBC approved that we appoint Hon. Mohamed Osman to fill the vacancy that is there. This is one of the powers which are reserved for the HBC.
