They managed to write a Report which was tabled in this House this afternoon. I believe that between now and Order No.11, Members will have an opportunity to look at the Report. If we can process this Report today, it will mean that the Appropriation Bill which arises there can be published over the weekend. When we give the Committee the opportunity to move the Report, I believe that they will tell us exactly what is contained in it and the circumstances under which it has come at this point.
