I want to thank the Members for the effort they put in passing all those Bills within the time stipulated in the Constitution. • 19 Dec 2012 in National Assembly: There is so much happening. Even to generate those Bills require sometime in the office. I want to thank the House for giving leave to fast-track those Bills. Those Bills will be on the Order Paper and will be passed before we go home. So, have some patience. The most important thing is that this Government is committed to the full implementation of the Constitution particularly to the devolution of power and resources to all the structures that were created in the Constitution.
