Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do not decide on the Questions. I think the decision on the Questions is done internally. However, in terms of the business for the House, if one of the Members is not in here, then I can take the responsibility. However, for the Questions, we alert the Minister that there is a Question appearing. At times it just happens that the Minister and Assistant Minister are not available. I would like to ask that we sort out all these on Thursday.

On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Our Standing Orders are very clear on the content of Questions and particularly I would like to draw your attention to Standing Order No. 43 (12) and (13) and especially (13) which states:- “A question shall not ask whether any statement in the press or of a private individual or unofficial body, other than a report of something written or said by a Minister or civil servant is accurate.”
