However, in terms of the business for the House, if one of the Members is not in here, then I can take the responsibility. Our Standing Orders are very clear on the content of Questions and particularly I would like to draw your attention to Standing Order No. 43 (12) and (13) and especially (13) which states:- “A question shall not ask whether any statement in the press or of a private individual or unofficial body, other than a report of something written or said by a Minister or civil servant is accurate.” view
