Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- THAT, this House adopts Sessional Paper No. 9 of 2012 on the National Industrialization Policy Framework for Kenya 2012 - 2030 laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday 5th December, 2012. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this policy framework sets the way our industrialization will take place as part of achieving our national Vision 2030. I beg to move and ask the Minister for Finance to second.
