This is the Third Schedule which was intended to bring into force the declaration on Clause 45. This is not a replacement of what we have already passed. So, this is overtaken by events. However, having said that, let me also say that now that we are talking about the milking of the cows, this is an attempt to milk where there is not even a cow.
