This is the Third Schedule which was intended to bring into force the declaration on Clause 45. This is not a replacement of what we have already passed. So, this is overtaken by events. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, as you will notice we are supposed to be sitting until midnight. We still have two Bills that we have not started debating. Since we cannot quite predict at this point whether we will finish by midnight or not, and at midnight we have to rise, it is important that we go back to the House to seek ... view
