• 9 Feb 2022 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, this was an oversight, my apologies. Hon. Josphat Kabinga used to be a Member of this Committee. He was then appointed the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. The records may have, therefore, not been amended. So, when we asked for the Committee to be replicated as it is, his name was there. view
