Any Bill that has been published, there is nobody who can withhold any information from getting to Kenyans. The Bills on police reforms were approved on Tuesday. There were some amendments that need to be worked on and then they will be published by the Minister. Publishing of those Bills will take place immediately because we are keen to have them enacted.
