Temporary Deputy Chairperson, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 5: Amendment of section 5A. The principal Act is amended in section 28 (3) by 28 of No.9 of 2009 deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. The import is to change the nomenclature from “Minister” to “Cabinet Secretary.” view

The principal Act is amended in section 40 (1) (c) by 40 of No. 9 of 2009 deleting the word “Minister” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. Amendment of section 7B. The principal Act is amended in section 42 by deleting the 42 of No. 9 of 2009 word “Minister” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. The import is to change the nomenclature from “Minister” to “Cabinet Secretary.” view
