On this Bill, they rose to the occasion and proved that with goodwill, the 20 Bills can be processed. When the Senate considered this Bill, they came up with an amendment to Clause 6. This was to add the Principal Secretary in charge of the State Department for Infrastructure. On Clause 13, they amended by inserting a time limit of 21 days for the evaluation of a report. This particular law is basically dead and overtaken by time. I reassure Members, including my friend, Hon. Shakeel Shabbir that, indeed, the transition mechanism does provide for a review of what has happened. We need to know what is in the Fund and any amount due to the Fund will be collected.
