Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, as the Senate Majority Leader said, I was proud at the very beginning of our term when we were faced with a great challenge which went to the root of our legislative power under the Constitution. Had that issue not been handled in the manner that it was, we would have forever remained a lame duck Senate to consider only the County Allocation of Revenue Bill for the rest of the year. Mr. Speaker, Sir, on a point of order. It is not all that difficult to get that information. We know that the population of Kenya is 42 million and is now one police for 380 citizens. If you divide, it comes to 105,000. The only issue that has to be determined now is whether the total established police force amounts to 105,000. So, that information on the total number of police force is easily obtainable. Tomorrow, you can undertake to supply that information. It is not all that difficult.
