Their approach to the issues of moving fast towards a federation was a bit slow because they wanted time to catch up with the Kenyans. I do not know how the order of priority or the listing of this is concerned because yesterday, the next Bill which should have been discussed during Second Reading at conclusion yesterday was the County Attorney Bill.
