The cash transfer for persons with severe disabilities was started on a pilot project in 2010/2011 Financial Year in all the 210 constituencies with each constituency being awarded a quarter of ten beneficiaries then. In the 2011/2012 Financial Year, the number of beneficiaries was increased from ten to 70 in all the 210 constituencies. So, these people are all over the country. They are not in a particular area. view
