It should not be just about a governor issuing an order not to subdivide land belonging to an agricultural area without a Bill in place. view
  • 20 Jun 2019 in National Assembly: Therefore, the Physical Planning Bill will zone areas which should be sub-divided into halves or quarters or which should be left for agricultural production. This Bill will also enhance the issue of creating industrial parks. Like in the neighbouring Bungoma County, the Governor has indicated that he will establish an industrial park.
