It will arrive between 10th June and 15th June. That will be too late or past the top-dressing season. So, this Motion will help the economy of this country to grow. Agriculture is the backbone of this economy. view

As a Committee, we have noted the very sad affairs that are happening in this country. Fertilizer and Seed Fund has no allocation from the Treasury. What happens is that Executive orders are issued at the last minute to procure fertilizer and it delays. view

I rise to support the report of this Committee on the following basis. First, Chapter 4 of the Constitution talks about equality and freedom from discrimination.
