We had an agreement with the NYS to provide equipment for road maintenance and fuel, which they did. We had an agreement for them to also provide fuel. It is so sad because I ended utilising the NG- CDF money for the programme. I wrote to the national officer of the NG-CDF to approve a reallocation of funds so that we could use the funds to purchase fuel and marram to construct the roads. Before I make any remark, I would like to congratulate the people of Lugari Constituency for having elected me as their first Member of Parliament under the new Constitution.
