• 29 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, in conclusion, we have heard of the Commission on National Cohesion. We cannot get cohesion through a commission. We can only get it through ensuring that there is fairness, justice and re- distribution of resources. When I know that, Mr. Imanyara, for example, is somewhere in a position, I feel comfortable that justice will be done. That is the only way we can get cohesion. • 24 Mar 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as the Minister was answering this Question, he alluded to the fact that Garbatulla is a border district, which is very serious because Garbatulla is part of the larger Isiolo and that is right at the heart of this Republic. I hope he will withdraw his remarks when he comes to respond because people of Garbatulla will be wondering which foreign border surrounds them. view
