Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also want to say that these procurement challenges we are hearing about are also contributing to the low absorption problems we have because of the delays. As we debate this, we are currently at a Budget of Kshs1.8 trillion and it must be felt across the country so that no parts of the country are doing poorly in terms of development and yet other regions are doing well. view
