Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Minister, could it be that some of these delays are caused by the late delivery of some of the aeroplanes that the KQ has ordered? Could it be that the KQ has so many connections to make, and that they lack the necessary equipment to enable them do the same?

Mr. Speaker, Sir, while giving his statement, the Prime Minister mentioned that there is a directive that investigative bodies have to do their work and submit reports within a short period of time. I want to know from him who then is responsible for ensuring that these bodies do their work and submit that report on time?
