The Senate wants to delete that and we say no because that meeting is very important in determining the scope of the Auditor- General. Personally, I have been an auditor and this is the standard practice especially in national security organs. The Auditor-General may be intimidated. He may not be given audience. So, it is good to appear in law so that everybody knows that before the House starts, the leaders of those various agents should give the Auditor-General an opportunity to meet. view

It says that you can come up with another method and it is specifically allowed by the Authority, so that you can use it to procure certain types of goods.
