Temporary Deputy Chairman, this is just an extension of the definition of “permanent establishment” to include somebody who is outside the country and has an agent here. So, that definition includes the permanent establishment of the entity which is outside the country and has an agent here. So, it is just an extension because we have companies which are outside Kenya and have agents here. We make them to state that their permanent establishment is where their agent is. view
