He is trying to preempt that report. He should, first and foremost, wait to see the report and see whether the questions he has raised have been captured, instead of trying to preempt the question and saying that part of it has not been answered. I think this House should have standards in terms of how long we discuss a Motion. This is because we have so many pending businesses. I think we are really over killing this Motion and I really want to request that the Mover be called upon to reply so that we transact other businesses that are actually ahead of us. view
