But I do not know what we can do; maybe, we should say a licence be given by the media house itself. Like the Standard or the Nation media houses. Something of that sort, but to say that they be licensed by individual journalists, I do not know how it can work. The amendment is good but it needs to come out in a way that whoever issues a licence or authority should be some recognized organization. view
