When you look at the way the Finance Bill was transacted this time, since the time it was moved by my friend, the Leader of the Majority Party while we were deep in consultations in Mombasa with the National Treasury and the stakeholders--- Although I am not refusing to support it, I think the Leader of the Majority Party should have had the courtesy to inform me and, at least, my Committee, that he was moving the Bill while we were away.
