Amendment of 77. Section 975 of the Companies Act is amended in section 975 of No.17 subsection (2) by deleting paragraph (b). of 2015. We passed a requirement that before a new company invests in this country it has to look for local investors. Section 62 of the Consumer Protection Act is amended by section inserting the words “or where the lender is either a bilateral or 62 of No.46 of 2012. multilateral foreign financial institution” at the end of subsection (5) This is just a question of consumer protection. If it is about two governments, we should make business easy for them.
