I do not know whether it was a typographical error. It is not clear how the Chair should be appointed. So, we wish to make it clear just as all the chairs of parastatals and State commissions. We should make it clear that it is the President to appoint so that we remove that anomaly. That is what the new clause is seeking to address. view
