Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, during debate in the Second Reading of this Bill, there was a proposal that the name and abbreviation of the institute be changed. We subsequently consulted with stakeholders and I am moving this amendment to take care of that. I propose that both the title and the name of the institute be changed.
