For your information, I was among the Members who were investigating the issues of this land. I wish that the recommendations that we made at that time could be implemented. I would like to join my colleagues, especially those who have congratulated the President for the State of the Nation Address. If you allow me, I will thank the Jubilee Government for appointing Mr. Fernandez Baraza, who comes from my constituency. He has been appointed the Managing Director of the Kenya Electricity Transmission Company. No one from my area has ever been appointed to such an important position. Otherwise, opposing for the sake of opposing will not help Kenyans and will make Kenyans believe that you are actually not being truthful. For one to qualify to get a waiting card he must have gone through all the requirements needed to get an ID. That is why they call it a waiting card. Chris Wamalwa, who is my counterpart in the Minority side of this House, for bringing this Petition to the House. My Constituency is a victim of cancellation of results. We have two schools – St. Michael’s Makhwale and Lubinu Secondary School – with a total of 105 students, whose results were canceled. We are talking about the future of the students in those schools.
