I would like to ask the Assistant Minister: Are you aware that you have acted in contravention of Sugar Act, 2001 by wanting to control the imports of sugar into this country, when you are well aware that the Sugar Act of 2001 has given the mandate to KSB to be the one to control the importation of sugar?
