  • 14 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not know whether it is in order for a matter which was handled at the Committee level to be questioned here. When the issue of playing golf came up, we dealt with it expeditiously. view
  • 14 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I still insist that this matter was handled effectively at the Committee level. If there were any challenges that the Assistant Minister wanted to bring forward, he would have brought them forward at that level. But as it is now, this is already in the report. Is he in order to continue misleading this House? view

  • 5 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Minister for the answer, although it has fallen short of being satisfactory. Part “a” of this Question asks him to tell this House how many of the management trainees were recruited from Mumias zone. view
  • 5 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I was forming the basis of my question so that the Minister can respond. view
  • 5 Apr 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know what the people of Mumias zone have done to the management of Mumias, and for that matter his Ministry. These local people are the ones who produce raw material for this factory. It is a pity that there is no single manager or head of department in the company from Mumias Zone. view
