• 12 Jun 2013 in National Assembly: Hon. Speaker, Sir, I rise to support this Motion because these issues are very close to my heart. This Motion is timely. We all know that the youth of this country are slightly over 70 per cent of our population. It is, therefore, important that they be supported. Since this Council was put in place after the elections it is unfortunate that no money has been released to them despite the fact that they have been ready to start their activities. view
